Random bump down there and I don't know what it is?

Ok yesterday while taking a shower I noticed a bump in the crease of my Labia (between the outer and inner labia) it's hard and I squeezed it and it hurt a little, I'm 17 and not sexually active if that has to do with it but I do masturbate time to time, I'm not going to lie. I don't know if I should just wait and see if it goes away by itself or tell my mom about it and get an appointment for the doctors or what? It doesn't bother me at all it only bothers me when I touch it.
