Yeast Infection causing white sore ???

I have a yeast infection and I am treating it with cream but yesterday I found a small bump on the left side of my vagina . . . today when i checked it again the bump seemed to be going down in size but it is now all white it looks like a canker sore in a way. Can a normal yeast infection cause this type of sore ?? It does cause irritation when I urinate but normally all yeast infections do that. I am just concerned about this white patch I have found. Does any one know anything about this ??? please help !!!!

if you ever had unprotected sex you are at risk of getting HPV. i havent had sex for almost 8 moths and the symtops were all related.

sounds to me like you have warts. that is what they look like, look around for more and check with your doctor to be sure. That is not something that you just want to wait out.

hi, ive been having similar issues like you have. it began in feb 06, i got a cut inside my vaginal area right before i had my period, it healed up on its on but from mar thru june, i would still get these paper cuts inside my vagina, painfull during urination. i had a pap smear done in april, came back fine but now this pass june 10, i had just finished my period and had noticed 2 pale pinkish bumps right on top of the most recent tear i had. 2 days later the bumps turned to white, are not painful but growing in size. i went to the gyno, and she actually did a biopy in her office cutting off with a scapel the 2 white bumps i had. i now have a hole inside from where the bumps were and still has not healed. im waiting for the results. BUT the day after she removed the 2 bumps, 2 more clear bumps took its place near where the biopsy was done. i also have some white bumps now near the clitoris area. actually underneath it. it will be 2 weeks thurs for the test to come in with the results. my ob said it could of been from the yeast infection that i have or it could be HPV genital warts. that are transittmed sexually and there ISNT a cure for it. the last time i had sex was with an EX back in october 2005. im scared and nervous but i just need to know what it going on. this is the 2nd dr i have seen for this. will keep u posted.

Did you see LisaAnn's comments four posts below yours on this same issue?  Hope it's not, but it could be.  Good luck.

Sometimes when you scratch or wear really tight clothing while having a yeast infection, I heard sometimes this happens, but don't quote me...or it could be bump from shaving in that area, right now it's really hard to say. I hope it's not like an STD. but Try and find out from your doctor. I just know this much
