Has anyone ever gotten a yeast infection from eating yogurt?

I don't believe that's even possible. Yogurt has beneficial bacteria that is wonderful for the body. Woman are told to eat yogurt when they take antibiotics to help keep the bacteria in and yeast in check. A natural way of healing a yeast is applying plain/ no sugar or flavor added yogurt to the area for several days until the problem gets better. You can dip a tampon in the plain yogurt and wear it overnight. It's a messy medicine, but it works.
