MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
Irregular period is a side effect of the depo shot. You should use the following natural methods for a rapid removal of the synthetic hormone from the body. Drink lots of water every day, eat lots of fresh raw vegetables, drink raw vegetable juice, sweat in a steam room or sauna, get lots of exercise and fresh air.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
