abdominal pain

I am a 27 yr old Female. I have been having increased abdominal pain, next to belly button on left and radiates to lower left area and lower back for about 7 days now. The abdominal pain I have noticed has been followed by a pink discharge, sometimes darker and the pain tends to get worse anytime I bear down to urinate or have a bowel movement. I have ovarian cysts that my Gyno says are small on my ovaries and he advises me that they rupture every month and to not be too concerned with them. I was diagnosed with HPV 2 years ago and since,, I have been getting regular paps every 3 months for the last 2 years. My doctor has performed 3 colposcopy's and has seen increased levels of change and then no change, seems to go back and forth. The same doctor did a exploratory surgery last year due to abdominal pain I was having at the time and found 4 abdominal adhesions 4" long and 2" wide conecting several other of my organs, liver, uterus and large intestine. He cut and removed the adhesions while in that surgery. Prior to that I did have an abdominal surgery due to a lacerated liver about 2 years prior due to a rollover car accident. I have been having problems having a bowel movement since my car acident which was 3 years ago and I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cycytis in 2005. I really don't know what to do at this point regarding the pain I have been in. It seems like the last 3 years have just been a cycle of one thing after another and constant pain. I am scheduled for a CT scan in 2 days for the ab pain but wanted to ask if there were any suggestions as to what this may be.

You may also want to get a colonoscopy and a TV ultrasound.  I do think additional adhesions are a possibility as is cystitis.  Have they put you on antibiotics for the pink discharge?

It could be another cyst, it could be an adhesions from scare tisue.  It could also be if you are sexualy active it could be a tubal pregnancy, it could be a torn muscle.  any number of things but make sure that you tell your doctor that you are bleeding and to do a pregnancy test to make sure that you are not pregnant.  If it is a tubal pregnancy and they do not get it out in time worst case die.
