I normally suffer from menstrual pains, severe ones. In 2007 I fell pregnant and throught the Pregnancy I had severe abdominal pains. The pain felt more like labour pains, this started the day I was told that I was pregnant. When I was almost 8 months pregnant, I asked the doctor to deliver the baby because I couldn't take the pain anymore. Ever since the pain hasn't gone away. About 3 or 4 weeks ago I was in hospital same problem and the Gynae referred me to a specialist surgeon and they told me that I had appendicitis(which was removed) While I was in hospital I did a lot of tests. I did an ultrasound and they found that there was fluid in my fallopian tube. I was also told that I have a cyst in my right ovary but the Doctors don't think that this may be the cause of the pain. I am also anaemic, have a low blood count, lack vitamin b and my blood cells or tissues aren't getting enough oxygen. I'm in pain as I write this. What could be the problem? PLEASE HELP!!!!!
What comes to mind is 1) ovulation pain (is it the middle of your cycle?) and 2) appendicitis. I've had both and really until the ovarian cyst resolved I wouldn't have been able to tell the two apart. Good luck, stay in touch with your doc.
