In Constant Pain

I'm a pretty healthy 22 year old but for the past few years off and on I have experienced, painful burning in the vagina and urinary tract. I was treated for a yeast infection several times and it did not go away. I was treated for  Trichomoniasis and it didn't go away and I have also been treated for vaginitis and UTI's and a few weeks ago they thought I could have kidney stones because my urine culture came with blood and puss in it but they did another culture a few days later and it came back normal. I'm hopeless right now, I don't know what to do, I'm tired of going to Doctor after Doctor to receive no help, they act like my symptoms don't exist or aren't as severe as I say they are. I have been with the same guy for the past 5 years and neither of us sleep around. Because of my problem(s) I can't have sex and I'm afraid that it may hinder me from having children one day. If anyone can offer some advice I would be thankful this is really taking it's toll on me. Oh I also sometimes have a flanking pain in the left lower side of my stomach.

Look into the symptoms of interstitial cystitis.    You need a competent gyn who deals with chronic pelvic pain issues.  Call around.

I would switch doctors. I would go to however many I had to to get the answer. I know that personally, I keep going to my normal doctor for what I thought was a yeast infections and it was not that. The doctor then told me I had a bacterial virus. They put me on medication to take care of it and then boom, I went straight into a yeast infection. I finally found a doctor that was able to stop all of it and have been fine ever since.

Gall stones perhaps? Maybe even pancreatitis? Have the doctor check you out for those.
