I had that a lot of times happen to me.
The drug stores have pills that are like vitamins.  They are located next to the cranberry pills.  I can't remember the name.  The pills are live cultures that help your own fight the candida, YEAST.

the blood in the cottage cheese discharge is from irritation from wipeing and/or itching.  unless you are bleeding enough for pad I wouldn't worry about it.  Just go to the drug store and get a 7 day supply of monistat and take it.  If after 7 days you still have the yeast infeciton, take another 7 days of monistat.  If after treating for 14 days  and you still have the yeast infection or it goes away and comes back in a week  then you will need to go to your gyno....

Take if from yeast infection frequent flyer, due to diabetis, this too shall pass and again unless you are bleeding enough for a pad and not just on tissue when you wipe, you can treat this at home without seeing a gyno.
