am I pregnant?

Hi, I'm now 7days late on my period, but around about a week and half ago I had what I thought was spotting but I'm not too sure! My tummy hurts when I press slight around my belly button area and I've been feeling sick on and off never actually being sick. I've done 4 tests and all 4 have come back negative, so I'm kind of confused can anyone relate?

Thankyou for that, I have had a lot of messing around with my periods in the last 3months. I had the morning after pill in march but before I'd taken it I'd already had a period then 3 days after taking it I came on so I thought that would be due to that, then did receive my period until I was 5days late. So when may came I had a normal period lasting my normal 5-6days but this month I was due on, on the 6th of this month but still no period so could have the pill affected me or should I still wait another week or so until I test again?

it's possible that due to any stress or change in diet or exercise that you  are just late and it may show up in the next week, if it doesn't I would take another test or get a blood test done to know for sure . in some rare cases women don't get a positive til they are a month late.
