Thanks gals for your information and yes I am trying to conceive.  My periods have been all messed up ever since I got off the Norplant a few  years ago and my FSH levels are off the charts. My gyn doesn''t seem to want to get to the root of the problem she just wants to fix the symptoms. I use fertilityfriend and never get a normal day for ovulation it changes every month unless that is a month when I miss a cycle, which tends to happen every other month and has been that way ever since the damn Norplant.  Course, at the time, I didnt want more kids so all the possible side effects didn't scare me but now its a different story. My new DH has no kids of his own and I would love to raise a child with this man. Everyone send babydust my way cause Lord knows I am gonna need it.

There is no way to "regulate" ovulation. It comes with or without a period and can be detected by you if you become familiar enough with your own body. Kimber had some good advice, google it and read up on ovulation. Also, you CAN regulate your periods with BC pills, but that would obviously hinder conception, which im sure is what you're trying to do, but just try googling ovulation and regulation of period without using BC. You might try something like>> Ovualtion and period regulation without birth control trying to conceive irregular periods, yada yada ya.... use any of those key words, or combinations of words that you need info about... Good Luck! =)

go to ask.com or goggle and type in ovulation it should pull up an ovulation calendar and put in your last date of your cycle and it should give you, your most fertile times during the month.
