Agree with Annie.. Bacterial Vaginosis is a bacterial infection; and it causes a "fishy" odor.
Avoid douches, don't wear skin tight clothing, wear cotton underwear, wash the OUTSIDE of your vagina well (washing it can disrupt our natural good bacterias in our vaginas thus causing BV or yeast infections)
You will need a PAP smear performed at your Gynecologist, she/he will be able to prescribe a medication to cure your feminine odor.
