black bump on vaginal lip

I am a white caucasan 53 year old woman in good health with the same partner for 2 years who I trust..I just found a black bump on my vaginal lip about the size of a pencil eraser, no pain and no discharge...just noticed it after showering....any ideas

Thank you for your reply....I had knee replacement surgery in December,did not think that the two could be connected, but maybe they are.

Hi, I'm wondering if it's simialr to what I have? I have several spots like this..looks like blood blisters..like I'm bruised. I recently had a colonoscopy and began noticing this when preparing myself for the test. Then later 2 surgeries,a bladder and cystocele repair. My surgeries took 2 hrs. I noticed a few spots; but, more after my surgeries. This has been 7 mos...thinking they'll never go away? I'm 62... married going 43 yrs..never had no one other than my husband as a sex partner...I'm also white.
