bleeding from my navel
recently i hasve been bleeding from my navel. it seems to bleed more when i get stressed out about my personal life. went to the hospital and all they told me was either recent surery, which i did not have, or i am having a miscarriage, except i had a hysterectomy over 23 years. can anyone help me. i have severe pain and uncontrollable bleeding, and the blood is clottiy like substance.
U NEED TO GET A SECOND OPINION BEEN GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING WITH MY HUSHBAND AND THEY FIRST TOLD HIM THAT IS WAS A BELLYBUTTON INFECTION GAVE HIM THE WRONG MEDICINE. SO A COUPLE DAYS LATER I TOOK HIM TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR AND HE SAID RAN A ULTRASOUND AND CT-SCAN, COME TO FIND OUT THAT IT WAS AN ABSESS AND THEY SENT HIM TO A SURGEON AND GOT HIS OPINION HE WANTED TO PU HIM ON A ANTIBIOTIC AND COUPLE WEEKS LATER IT CAME BACK AND THEY DID SURGERY AND A COUPLE WEEKS LATER DEVELOPED A MAJOR INFECTION. SO DURING THAT TIME WE SPENT A COUPLE WEEKS IN THE HOSPITAL. HOPE THIS MAKE SINCE LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY SAY, THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS THING AND IT NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH!!!!!
you need a second opinion. id suggest you either go to a different hospital or call a specialist.
I would think it would either be an OB/GYN or a gastroenterologist. If they cant help you out, they can refer you to someone who can.
