Hello I am a guy and I was having sex with a girl and when I put my finger inside of her I felt something rough and its hard having sex with her because its do tight so I was wondering is it something normal for a girl to have a hard structure inside her ***** and also hard to have sex with.

If it makes things difficult sexually, encourage her to have an exam. Her ob-gyn can tell her very quickly whether she has a low-hanging cervix or something else. I say this because one time on this site, a woman wrote in with a similar problem, and when she went to the doctor she learned she had a (benign) growth inside her vagina. So it's not always a cervix.
