I'm not sure if meth can make you bleed or not, but you are putting a lot of chemicals in your body, so anything's possible.  Either way, any time you have bleeding after sex of any degree, you should make note and see a doctor to have yourself examined in case it's something serious.

Hello,
It is less likely for meth to cause intermenstrual bleeding. These symptoms can be due to intermenstrual bleeding. Causes may be uterine fibroids, miscarriage after a pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy, fluctuation in hormone levels, genital infections, polyps, IUD (intrauterine device)use, use of anticoagulant drugs and hypothyroidism.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
