Urgent !!!!Help With Pregnacy

My Fiance is 7 weeks pregnant
She is dizzy whenever she stands or stands for too long, and her vision goes dark around the edges. Its even started sometimes when she's sitting.
She has pain throughout her abdomen. Its sharp stabbing pains, that have been pretty much nonstop for four days. It gets worse when she goes to work.
Weve been to the ER four times in the past four weeks, they haven't helped at all. What could be causing this?
