When and how does implantation bleeding occurs??? My period is not due but am bleeding seriously with abdominal pain

agree that implantation bleeding does not come with abdominal pain nor is it heavy. (in fact, not many people actually even have it).

I don't think implantation bleeding would be serious bleeding... Maybe a little abdominal pain. Also, its not as common as many people think.
