confused

i have had my period. and now my boobs are still hurting. not the nipple just the boob. i had posted a comment previosly being concerned about being pregnant. i have had my period every month. just very light. only lasting 4 days. and very light. is there still a chance i could be pregnant. i took a hpt this month and it was negative. also took 2 bout 2 months ago both negative. this all started pretty much when i switched pills to ortho low. which i was takin regular ortho trycyclin. i am confused as to why my body is actin the way it is. i have been on the pill for about 8 years now and have never really had any problems. can stds cause anything? about 3 months ago i also got tested for those and they were negative. 3 months ago was when i started my new ortho low pills. please help if there is any advice. thankyou

I believe it's the ortho low that is causing light periods.  Especially since you just switched your birth control pills.  Ortho low is notorious for light periods & spotting between cycles.  I don't believe you are pregnant.

I too had very very sore boobs during my period when I was on Orthotricyclen.

With all of the negative hpt's, you are not pg.

I am not sure about the light periods but it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it was indeed due to Ortho Lo.
