constipated after delivery

I just had my baby 7 days ago. I have been feeling a little constipated. Any suggestions on what I can take to get things moving?

Thanks!!

Colase. Off brands are fine. That's what they give you in the hospital the first two days to try to help, so it's perfectly safe. Take at bedtime.

Granola is good.

Try a glycerin supposatory. I wouldn't suggest prune juice if you're breastfeeding as that can get passed to your baby and make them gassy...eat foods high in fibre...drink lots of water.
