cramps, fatigue, anxiety

Hi everyone!
My first post here, so be gentle!
I have been having a list of symptoms for the past year, give or take.
A quick run through,,,anxiety, shortness of breath, indigestion, sore breasts almost all the time, fatigue ...and lately lower gut cramping which usually comes around ovulation time.
I am, of course worried since doctors haven't found anything yet.
I also have a symptom that is rather,,unpleasant, but that I just really worry about.  When I menstruate, my periods aren't very heavy, in fact, they are lighter than I've ever had them, but I pass these clumps ...I have No idea what they are or what it means!
I'm 38, have had 2 kids.
I'm just glad to be here where I can share these issues with other women!!!
Thanks!
Michelle

Hi, it sounds like your menstrual fluid is clotty, not usually anything to worry about. You could try taking a baby (81mg) aspirin every day if it bothers you. The other symptoms sound like they could be just about anything. If you haven't yet, you should have your doctor run some blood tests, they can usually find thyroid and other endocrine problems from that.

it does sound as if you are passing clots which is normal (unless they are large) rule of thumb: anything bigger than the size of a quarter may be cause for concern and give your obgyn a call. the other symptoms sound as if they are all stress related. whether it be a form of anxiety or possibly mild depression. after having kids, our bodies can change so much (hormonally) from having different periods to hormonal imbalances causing all kinds of various symptoms (such as the ones you described).
