I found help from taking magnesium 500 mg and vitamin D 2000 IU in the morning and calcium 400 IU in the evening.
My gyno gave me Dicyclomine HCL to help calm my cramps. Just go in and complain about and really lay it on heavy and he/she should prescribe you something to help. I found that birth control also helped as far as regulating and calming mild cramps.
