my period was on the 9th of August 2011, I have been feeling nausea, tired, frequent urinating, abdominal pains dark aerola, and my period came 10 days late, with red blood and no clots but with cramping and that period (if was it) I got on the 19th of Sept, but still now Iam feeling nauseas , dark aerola and very tired

It can happen and has happened but usually they are pretty accurate. Sometimes they can be wrong due to human error, or if taken too early. When was your last period and what type of symptoms are you having?
