dark brown periods

we are trying for the baby for about a year. when i  missed my periods three months back ,i thought i was pregnant so i went to the doctor ,she checked and told me that iam not pregnant but every thing is normal so she gave me some medicine to  have  periods and to conceive so last month i had periods for only two days , they were  very light but brown.this month (today) i had my periods on time , again vry light but dark brown in color .  can you tell me whats wrong with me ? i never had periods like this in y life.you got any idea?

you might want to go to the doctor and get checked b/c most of the time when it is the dark brown color it means it is old blood.

maybe some effect from the medication the doctor put you on, and your body is just adjusting, I would have said implantation bleeding, but it shouldnt happen twice like that, unless its just bleeding in the first trimester, which is very common and normal. calll and ask the doctor or take a test to make sure.
