desperate for answers

I'm in the Navy, so I can't go to a normal medical to ask. My husband and I want a family so I really haven't been on any type of control
I'm at day 43 of a missed period, but I'm still getting negatives. I'm not really sure what to do. I've heard some woman won't show up until two weeks late, but that should have been by now. I'm starting to get a little scared since I'm on a ship in the middle of nowhere by myself, with my husband stationed on the other coast. Please tell me if you think i'm getting false negatives. The sympoms are:
tired
hungry all the time even if i don't eat a lot
stomach feels like it's gurgling, and i have x3 amount of burping
my lower back and shoulders ache along with my lower stomach
light headache that won't go away
yesterday i could smell a cigar half way across the room today i was searching for who had the olives.

some support would be appreciated. as i said, i'm alone on this ship, and i can't go to my command unless i'm almost dead positive.

A woman can miss one period for a lot of reasons, not just pregnancy.  If you feel you have to keep it a secret until you know for sure, but you still have access to pregnancy tests, I would use the working assumption that you have missed one period for whatever reason, and then watch the timing for when your next period would be due.  Then test when that second one is due or when it is slightly overdue.
