PMS or PREGNANCY
HELLO, I RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT IM HAVING PMS SYMPTOMS FOR THE FIRST TIME I DIDN'T KNOW THAT IS THIS PMS OR PREGNANCY SYMPTOMS. I DIDN'T HAD MY PERIODS AND IM HAVING CRAVING,WEIGHT GAIN, MOOD SWING SYMPTOM LIKE THIS. IM BREASTFEEDING MOTHER AND I WAS TRYING TO LOSE MY WEIGHT AND I WAS GOING FINE BUT NOW IT SEEMS THAT IM GAINING WEIGHT AND EATING MORE. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHATS GOING ON WITH ME .ITS ALL GETTING MESS UP WITH MY CYCLE . CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLZZZ...... IM ALSO CONSTIPATED VERY BADLY.
I took the test this morning it was negative,So im relax. but what about the weight gain and mood swing i don't understand it ? when can i have my period so that my weight goes normal. thanks for ur advise.
Well those are definitely signs of pregnancy but the problem with PMS and pregnancy mimic each other so closely that it makes it impossible to tell the difference until you take a home pregnancy test and get an answer. After you have a baby (and especially when you are breast feeding) your periods can be absent or whacky until your hormone levels even out. I would definitely recommend taking a home test first thing in the morning. Best of luck to you.
