I do agree, however, that people should seek medical attention at the onset of an issue in many cases rather than putting it off.  Most definitely.

I think it is time to see your doctor.  When is the last time you had a pelvic exam/pap smear?

It's hard to say what is causing your pain. Finding the cause of pelvic pain can be difficult. Endometriosis is one of the more common causes. Symptoms of endo typically start not long after menarche. But ob/gyn surgery such as c-section can also cause it. Unfortunately, it has to be diagnosed by surgery and biopsy. Hoping you get answers and relief soon!

I had the same problem except I had a lot of pain all over the pelvic area as well as excessive bleeding especially after sex. I dealt with this problem for three years before I got it checked. By the time I did my uterus cervix and one of my ovaries were extremely enlarged. I had to have a hysterectomy removing all of the swollen organs. I had cysts in my ovary and uterus and I forget the word but it was something with my cervix that caused severe swelling.  I have 4 children all delivered by csections so there was a ton of scar tissue in the fallopian tubes that also caused pain. I hope this helps a little.
