dysmenorrhea/menstrual cramps

hi.  i have horrible, horrible menstrual cramps.  because i also get very bad headaches, i do not tolerate the birth control pill.  i don't know what to do.  neither do my gynecologists.  i have tried all of the main anti-inflammatories and even narcotics, but nothing seems to work.  there is nothing wrong with my reproductive system or anything, i just get horrible, horrible cramps.

Although dysmenorrhea is one of many symptoms, and vary between women.... have your doctors considered endometriosis? I know you mentioned that nothing is wrong with your repro system, but the only way to definitively diangnose endo is through a surgical procedure.

try having as much sex as you can that will slow down the cramps
