greenish nipple discharge

sm2
There is a dark green sticky discharge from one of my nipples
when it is squeezed ( the way you would express milk). It has
probably done that for a few years and I have never had
it checked at the doctor. Is this anything to be concerned about?

It has no odor and is very sticky and you have to squeeze quite
a lot for it to come out.

i am 28 and have white milky discharge and greenish discharge that is sticky im on the Deop and my son is gonig to be 6 i think its normal cause when i asked my dr she wasnt to concerned and most of my google searches i came up with nothing more then a possibility of a cyst underneth the nipple spontaniously draining... and my gyno told me that discharge was normal with my form of birthcontrol.

I'm a 31 yr old female who has been having green discharge since the birth of my son 7 years ago.  It only comes when squeezed, and only from one side.  A year and a half ago lumps were found on the same side and were determined to be benign.  I've had issues with polycystic ovaries since I was 18, and I figure that my body producers much estrogen naturally.  Caffeine has not made any difference- I've had years when I'm completely off it and times that I've had plenty.  I have never been on any birth control, so that could not be a cause for me.  I didn't worry much until they found the lump and have since been sent in for multiple ultrasounds and mammograms.  By now I wish they would quit sending me in. Be safe and get checked out but don't freak out; the only part of me that is really hurting is my pocketbook from all the medical bills. With every appointment they would say it seems fine, but let's keep checking. I'd like to know how much checking is really needed and how much is just to cover their backsides.  I don't need a molehill turned into amountain.
