headaches and uneven pupils

Ok so I have been experiencing headaches for weeks now. They are like tension headaches. I feel the pressure on my temples and in the back of my head. A few times I have noticed my pupils are not the same size with these headaches but then it goes away. I went to the ER one night because my headaches was lasting all day and I had burning sensations on my skin and foggyness. My MD thought maybe I had a pulled muscles and a pinched nerve. They did a CT and. only found some det disc disease in my neck. I was referred to a neuro doctor but my apt isn't for 2 months!! Since then I had an episode where I  got a sudden headache and felt really foggy and like the groung underneath my feet was unstable. I looked in the mirror and my left pupil was slightly larger. I took some tylenol and it went away. Since then I have had ringing in my left ear and I get pins and needle feeling under my left foot and parts of my body like my face. I get areas that feel like they are burning. I get a foggy feeling that can last almost all day. I have no Idea what is going on??? I recently had a baby and am breastfeeding. I don't know if this is hormonal or neuro??

Hey there,

Just thought I should say that I have a similar problem. My pupils are often uneven these days and I suffer with bad headaches in the temple area and back of my head as well as a sore neck too. I have no idea why this has happened with my pupils, I had a CT scan which showed low density in the upper cervical cord but my MRI came back completely clear. I am at a total loss as to why this has happened. I do suffer with TMJ but doubt that would have any effect on my pupils. The MD I saw said that the pupils are probably nothing to worry about and are physiological, but I cant help but worry.
How are you feeling now?  Do you suffer with anxiety at all? Let me know how your doing
Best wishes

i think you need to return to the ER immediately.  Not only because of the symptoms, but you are caring for a child as well.  Your sympyoms may be masking a larger underlying problem.  Two months if far too long with ongoing problems and changing symptoms, to wait.  Uneven pupils, any vision changes, coupled with headaches are a medical emergency.  Please insist that someone see you!
