heart hurts and left arm feels weak

I am 33 years old and have never had any major medical problems. no history of surgeries etc. only heart health issues is high blood pressure on both parents. I have a chest pain located over my heart that hurts. it is also accompanied by an achy feeling in my left arm. it isn't a tingly, sleepy feeling. i am worried that it could be something serious.

Don't worry about it - you'll be fine.  Just use your right arm from now on...

Yeah, don't mess around.  If you can't get to your doc, it would not be stupid to go to the ER.  Yes, they might just find out it is the Vagas nerve triggered by colitis and send you home with a bottle of Mylanta and a blush on your face.  But it is better to have a false alarm than to sit at home talking yourself out of bothering, and then learn the hard way it was not a false alarm.  Any ER person would tell you to come in.  Good luck, get going.

Call your doctor now to them them about what is going on. They will tell you if you should be worried about this or not.

Good luck.
