help please
I have red burn like spots popping up on me randomly. I have 3 now. One on my elbow then up above my knee and now one is coming up on my back. They look like burn marks then a blister comes up around them. It starts off smaller than a dime then at least gets as big as a quarter. Someone please help me!!
