Ouch I feel for you! Once when I had it really bad I was given pessaries for night time and Canesten cream with an anti itch substance aswell, it really cooled it while the infection was treated

Are you presently taking any meds for the yeast infection? If not, there are plenty of otc meds that can help a yeast infection, or you can go to your doctor and have something prescribed. Normally the creams or meds will help with the rawness.
Try and keep the area clean and dry, avoid soap and rinse with water only. Sitting in a warm, not hot, bath may help some, as well as taking a sitz bath. Eating yogurt helps. Tea Tree oil can help relieve some of the redness and itching. Hope this helps, Good luck to you :)
