it is probably not. fact is no one says much about this but as the same as the rest of our bodies we have flaws. i had the same thing scared me to death didnt tell anyone lol. turns out it just a bump. no std nothing. just a nick at some point got infected. take a hot bath it will come to a head and hurt when it comes out i would say because it tender down there. then get some trip anti and put on it. now i cant tell you for sure im not a doc up chances are it just a bump no diff then any other zit you had in your life just the skins soft so it feels like it huge but really you can just get a better feel on it then a zit on your face. it might take a while for it to come out too so just deal till it does. i know it seems scary i had three and first two i freaked out. last on my bf laughed himself almost to death saying it a bump calm down and it was. lol plus first one i had when i was just a kid long before i had any sexual activity. just hormones and i say a little infected spot. so take a breath and put some trip anti on it when it comes out .... best way is during a bath dont hurt as much but dont push it because it hurts like hel) till it ready. hope this helps. if your really worried go to a doc but the std test for this isnt the greatest most people have false positives and this. now other things they come along way but this isnt life threatening so did dont get the research most std do. the chances if it being something and you getting the right dio is slim. still if it just one i say it is a zit just in a scare you to death place. i would say you are fine.
