I had rough sex with my boyfriend and I was very dry. Next morning I had a fairly big (size of a 10 p coin) lump at the opening of my vagina inside. It is not red or sore, but makes penetration difficult and the area around is a bit itcy too. Any suggestions on what can I use on it to make it disappear?
Also about 9 days ago I went on the pills after years being off. I was prescribed microgynon and a couple of days later that I started taking it I noticed that I stay very dry during sex which never happened before. Could the pills cause the dryness? Thank you.

Any hormonal changes can effect the amount of natural lubricants your body produces. You may have to just start using an additional lubricant or switch. I would recommend having the lump looked at because that is a pretty big size. I might be nothing more than a pimple, or cause from friction but if its a side effect of your birth control, that's definitely something to consider.
