i dont feel the urge to pee ??

hello,i'm a 14 years old girl.

so this summer i was perfectly fine,but i went to the bathroom a lot,even when i didn't feel the urge to go,i did it cause i had to hang out with my friends and i hate feeling the urge to pee when i'm around.

then,some days after,i began having aniexty about feeling the urge to pee when i was sleeping (another thing i hate),so i spent a night awake because i felt the pressure even if i peed the moment before.

it was only for that night,then it stopped,and everything was perfectly normal.

then i started to get my period really often (maybe it was also because the blood was in my urine,but i'm not sure),but i thought it was normal.

then last week I got my period and I thought that it might be because of that,but I didn't really had nothing since I didn't bleed a lot and it lasted one day.

now,Wednesday night i had the same feeling of pressure and i just slept for 3 hours.

i thought it was some kind of infection,but then i noticed then something changed;
since i was born,when i needed to go to the bathroom,i would feel a slight pressure at the end of my tummy,and now when i think i have to go i feel a weird feeling inside of my private part.

This thing is really stressing me out,mostly because I don't understand if i don't feel the urge anymore or I do,but i feel it differently.

Can anyone help me please?
