im worried

I am 19, i have only had sex 3 times with my boyfriend, he has been my one and only but it has been 2 weeks since the last time we had intercourse ( we had unprotected sex because i am on birth control) and the area surrounding my vagina has been very very sensitive and soar it is very uncomfortable and red, it hurts to wipe after i urinate and when my underwear rubs against it. i have had an increase in discharge with a fishy smell, i also experienced severe cramps for the first time ever during my last period.

I agree with these ladies. Make an appointment with a dr. If you don't have a doctor or can't afford one check out a planned parenthood in your area. They can help you in with your problem. http://www.plannedparenthood.org/ they are good with every aspect of womens health.

Anything that smells unusual and anything that hurts in that region should be looked at. You never want something that seems small interfere with your reproductive organs and cause  you problems later in life when wanting to conceive.

Good Luck!

A fishy smell is a sign of infection and you should make a doctor's appointment to get checked. Hope it goes well.
