Am I pregnant or not??

Hi, I am super confused. My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex for about two months now. I had my period at the beginning of December 2012 and then two weeks later I spotted for about two days and then stopped for a day and then a little bit of spotting the next day. When it came time for my period I didn't get it and I still have not started bleeding. About a week after I had this strange spotting I was extremely tired all of the time and felt bloated. I started feeling nauseous and upset to my stomach and having migraines. Then I started eating strange things and not even realizing it until someone said something about it. I also got a yeast infection which I have not had since I was in middle school and now that that is gone I still have this white thick discharge all the time. I have terrible gas and have been constipated since all of the other symptoms started occurring and urinating constantly it seems like. About three days ago my nipples started to get sore and it just keeps getting worse everyday. Also I have been getting the chills and then getting hot flashes and I have terrible heartburn at one time or another everyday. I have taken three HPT and they were all negative and I just got a blood test a few days ago which was also negative. I need help!!

I forgot to add to that, my doctor when I went to get a blood test did a vaginal exam && said that there weren't any signs of cysts.

I talked to my mom && she wants me to go to a gyno if I haven't started in the next week or so. I have already treated the infection, && it's gone but there is still this discharge that I have everyday and I thought all of this might be caused by cysts because I know a few people who thought they were pregnant && had symptoms and stuff but it was just cysts on their ovary's. I guess it's just a waiting game for awhile.

I was about to tell you your symptoms meant you are probably pregnant, but if after all this weeks from december till now ur period is late for at least 3-4 weeks, you should take another pregnancu test and consider a test for the infection u had too.

It is possible for even the blood test to fail, if you got it too early.  It sounds like you're having pregnancy symptoms, and you are certainly at risk since you were having unprotected sex.  I would act as is you are pregnant (no smoking, no drinking, maybe start a pregnancy multivitamin), and get an emergency appointment with your doctor in case there's something else going on.  Home pregnancy tests can fail if you do them wrong, so you could try again, and make sure you follow all of the instructions EXACTLY.

It's important to see a doctor soon (explain the situation when you make the appointment), because if you are pregnant, you need time to consider your options and make plans.  If you want an abortion, some states have a 20 week cutoff, and lots of hoops to jump through.  If you want to keep it, you should get prenatal care and start planning for supporting a baby, and adoptions are also good to plan in advance if that's the route you want to go.

Good luck!
