Painful spot next to clit!

One week ago my mirena was expulsed and I haven't had any problems until about 4 days ago. I noticed a small pea sized bump under the skin just to the left of my clit. I thought it was just an ingrown hair because I am prone to them but it didn't work or anything when I tried to get a hair out with a sterilized needle. I woke up yesterday with it being white on the top and sensitive only to touch, and a bit of white discharge from the sore and my vagina. I am sexually active with the same man for over a year but haven't had sex for the last month and a half. I'm very worried as to what it is but I can't go to any doctor for at least another month due to being completely broke and my insurance not working where I am. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm really not sure.  If you can't go to the doctor, I'd consider this a little infection and perhaps that sterilized needle you used wasn't so sterile.  Get some antibiotic ointment at the drug store and put some on the white filled top of this.  Just reapply that ointment and try to not touch it at all otherwise and see if it clears up.  It sounds like something, whether hair follicle or little cyst got infected.  If it gets hot/inflamed---  then you really do need to see the doctor.  good luck
