is it posible to have 2 ovulutions in one month?

I had some medications that made me menstruate twice last 5 months.so my period shifted from the 17 to the 2 or 4 each month.and i have this sharp pain on my left side every 3days before my menses for the past 2 months now. Could that be ovulation from my former cycle?could my cycle change without including ovulation period changing as well?and why this sharp pain?my cycle is 32days  before the next one.is it not too long a period?considering a normal cycle is 28days?please i realy need an answer

Some confusion exists on how ovulation works.  While occasionally two eggs are released during ovulation, A woman may gear up to ovulate more than once in her cycle but not actually ovulate each time.  For example, sometimes a woman will have an ovulation test show up positive more than once during her cycle; however, a positive ovulation test does not guarantee that ovulation will occur.  Women can gear up to ovulate and then not actually release an egg.
As far as the sharp pain it can be many things and also just be your body reacting to the menstrual cycle Constipation or menstrual cramps
