is there a chance of getting pregnant after ovulation?

5 days after my ovulation ended, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. when he came he pulled out but some of it dripped down to the upper part of my vagina. 1: is there a chance of it even going in? and 2: what are the chances of me getting pregnant even though I'm no longer ovulating?

Hi there.  So, pulling out does not prevent pregnancy even with no drips.  That should never be counted on to prevent pregnancy.

Once an egg is released and is gone, pregnancy with that egg can't occur.  However, it is sometimes not completely on schedule and we may actually ovulate at a different time than we normally do so pregnancy can occur OR once in a rare instance, a woman will have a second egg/ovulate a second time.  There are no guarantees of safety when one has unprotected sex.

Timing wise, it is a less risky time but there is still a chance of pregnancy.  Let us know what happens.  good luckl

There is sperm in pre-***. I would take a test if I were you. Good luck.
