i have had this same problem before and i started on a daily regiment of yogurt, and believe it or not it really helped!  my problem was that my PH levels were unbalanced and the live coultures and bacteria in yougurt help the balance. i might suggest googling "foods etc, that balance your PH levels in women" jista thought, hope that helped!

Hi there, I can understand your concerns but I think what you are describing is perfectly normal.
All women are different but we all have discharge, for some women its light and some women get quite a lot. It also changes in your monthly cycle, you might have noticed it increases at different points in the month.
Some women get quite concerned about it and feel that it is a hygiene issue but it is the vagina cleaning itself.
A lot od STD's don't have many symptoms and can go unnoticed, but it sounds to me like you are ok, although having some swabs taken from the discharge would be a good idea, especially to put your mind at rest.
A good indication that there is a problem is if the discharge changes colour all of a sudden, or most commonly is if there is an unusual odor ( that you don't normally have ) or if you have any itching or soreness. This can indicate a yeast infection, but again we are all different so you'd need testing.
I wouldn't scrub that area! it is not good for the delicate area and can actually make things much worse. The vagina needs to be a certain pH otherwise it can cause infections, soaps and overwashing can kill the good bacteria in the vagina, and then you will have more discharge as the vagina tries to rectify the altered pH.
I hope this helps!
