late period + abdominal cramps for a week

i've been really worried for the past couple of weeks. my period is late and i've recently stopped using the pill. mainly just because i didn't fill my next prescription because I was swamped with work and school.
For the past week or so i've had abdominal cramps and pains like you would get before your period..but no period has come. I also have very heavy vaginal secretions... which feel like it could be my period.. and I check and it's not.
maybe i should just get a pregnancy test and see for myself, but i was wondering what else it could be before I scared myself with that.

I had my tubes tied 8 yrs ago my period is late by a few days but have had cramping on left side for over a week just feel pregnant breast r tender, headaches, tired all the time, mood swings and i dont ever have PMS could I be pregnant I want another baby but I am scared something is wrong

I do av regular period bt since last two and half month av nt been seeing my period bt I checked twice wen am 5days late then bt now I think its getting out of hands plss help

I am a week late and I've been cramping on and off for two weeks. I have had bad migraines, sore breast, frequent urination, feeling sick and increased appetite.  The weirdest thing is while having intercourse there was pressure which felt like a blockage in my vagina. I know I should just see a doctor but there have been false alarms before. I am 21 and I have never been on bc.

my period is 3 days late and my stomach been cramping for a week before my period date was even due .so now my due date is past and my stomach is still cramping so what do you think hat mean

Some women may have negative pregnancy test if they do not have enough HCG in their system. Does not mean your not pregnant. If you really want to check and you still have no period get a blood test done.

I am 4 months late...my last period was dec. 5 I have been to the doctor but that was two months ago and no prego...now I'm having a really bad pain in my tummy and I can't lay on my belly or put pressure on it...I don't want to go get another test because I have put so much money into those things two months ago over 50$ worth is there anything else it could be?
