Pus is a sign an infection is being fought off and really doesn't sound like a hemorrhoid with that added info.  You should go to the doctor.  It's doubtful surgery will be needed so long as you seek treatment now rather than when this has become majorly infected, but some sort of treatment is necessary for this to go away.

I guess its a hemorrhoid... its been there for a year but it was smaller but now its bigger nd it hurts. Do I need a surgery?

Sounds like it could be a hemorrhoid.   Do you strain when you use the restroom?

Does it hurts badly that u cant even sit for long? Is there any bleeding some time? Drink more water and see if it reduces pain. I had done that and it will befine.
