lump

i have had a lump on the left side of my vagina for about 5 days. it is extremelyyyyyyy sore and you cannot see it. like it does not have a head or anything for a sign for it to be popped. i can feel it when i touch it. it is about pea size. it hurts like crazy. and the day i got it my boyfriend was fingering me extremely hard like he was literally like punchin my vagina it felt like so i was thinking it could be a swollen gland. cause his knuckle was going into me hard on the spot its at. idk what it is and im really worried. any ideas of what it could be? should i worry? it looks like the left side is kinda bigger then my right and like sometimes where it hurts it kinda makes it itch a little bu thats it. i couldnt have an std cause he is the only one i been with. helppp please?!

It sounds like either an infected Bartholin's gland or Skene's gland. Clysta's advice is good, since the best home treatment is to soak in a hot bath and hope it drains. It's not uncommon to have to go to the doctor to have them drained.  Good luck.

Honestly, I'm unclear what it could be. I've never personally had this happen to me. I would assume it be due to the sexual activity--possibility an infection of some kind. Try taking a warm bath with NO bubbles or soaps in the water of any kind. It might also help to try applying heat to the area. If it doesn't clear up soon, I would definitely speak to your parents about seeing a doctor.

I should also mention, that regardless of how many partners you've had you can still get an STD--though in this case I doubt that's the problem. In the future, tell your partner to be more gentle about it, lest he cause more pain and damage down there.
