I stopped taking bc pills on my last period which was 10/3 because I was to have blood work to se iff maybe I was going through menopause.I I went to my annual check up on tuesday. I told my doctor that I was having hot flashes when she went to take my blood pressure she said "boy you are hot to the touch, and sweaty and I was fanning myself with a mag. I explained to her that I felt really bloaty and that my inside of my uterus & vagina ached and felt raw,she did the exam and she scheduled for me to have a ultra sound vaginal and on my belly. I went today and had the ultra sound and the nurse said i should hear from the dr. in about a week. Well I am going crazy, I feel yucky bloating and tired of having cramping down below i wish it would just fall out. I have exper. pain like this before and they treated me for PMS and put me on a low dose BC. Will somebody please help me and explain if they experience and if so what was it........thanks

Thanks for sharing what you have found out. What happens when you have a thick uterin lining.  When you had the ultra sound is that when they found out about the IBS? If not, did you have other tests?  I haven't heard from my doc so I guess that means nothing serious....I hope you are feeling better as well......Thanks for the imput.

I also went for a ultra sound.mine came back a thick uterine lining and bloating was caused by IBS. Taking pill for IBS and it has taken the bloating away.I know how anxious you must be to get the results........ I hope you begin to feel better soon.
