If you used protection the entire time the odds are very low of pregnancy---if there wasn't failure. HOWEVER, ovulation calendars are only a guess. She could easily ovulate a few days later. Unless she's using Ovulation Predictor Kits, charting her Basal Body Temperature and/or observing cervical mucous she can't say for sure that she actually ovulated.

Have her get on birth control, and make sure that you always use a condom when you have sex. From before penetration occurs to after ejaculation. Good luck.

what i meant by withdrawal was that withdrew with the condom immediately if i felt the urge to ejaculate, that was because out of being paranoid.since it was my first time.

About 2% to 10% if you used the condom effectively, 20% otherwise.

& if you used a condom correctly then there's nothing to worry about. Especially if you used it days before and after she ovulated. But since you said, "withdrawal method", then you should be a little worried because you can't stop the PRE-***. & there's no telling how many times you've previously ejaculated BEFORE you ACTUALLY came. BUT that's not saying the withdrawal method doesn't work. It works! But it means there's a possibility. if you 2 predicted the ovulation correctly, then you should be safe. Unless her period doesn't come then go take a test & go to the doctor. Oh! & if she gets her period, but its unsual, then she needs go to the doctor. To make sure she is not pregnant. But if its normal like all her other periods, then she's not pregnant. See how complicated that it is...

Less likely...  HOWEVER, that's if she has a regular menstrual cycle. If she does not, then she probably did not ovulate on day you guys predicted. She probably ovulated later. So there's still a possibility of her getting pregnant. The only way to know for sure if she is pregnant is to take a test when her NEXT period is late or missed. &/or go to the doctor to make sure it's correct.
