Hi there and welcome. Well this is an exciting time when a couple decides to begin trying to conceive a baby! Sometimes it happens easily and sometimes it takes some effort.
Here is what my doctors say is the best way to get pregnant-- begin tracking your cycle. Day one of your period is the first day of your cycle or cycle day 1. Begin counting from there---- on day 10, begin having sex every other day for the next 10 days EVERY OTHER day. This should catch ovulation. If you find that your cycle is a bit longer than average, then increase the number of days that you have sex every other day to 12 or 14.
