my vagina smell can u help
um hi. im 13 and not sexually active but my vagina smells when im not on my period. And this clear lugi-like stuff sometimes comes out with no warning. I cant tell my mom because she blbs it to everyone and she might get mad and say i don't clean myself well. I don't know what to do about it.

I don't think she meant that she doesn't clean her self well I think she meant that thats what her mom would say. I suggest you do as joycekatherine advised. Don't wait to late and its natural don't be ashamed.
So, are you 13 or 18?? Your profile says that you are 18??? Do you have an older sister, friend or cousin??? Or even an aunt?? If there is no one else to talk to, you may have to talk to your Mom, just explain to her how embarrassing it is for you, and ask her to please, not tell anyone. Sometimes, when you ovulate, you get some slimy discharge, which is normal, but, if there is a bad smell, that could indicate a bacterial infection...which would require medication. You do not want to let any infection go unmedicated, as this could damage your reproductive organs...speak to someone asap...:)
