MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Premarin is basically used for atrophic vaginitis and kraurosis vulvae which is a cutaneous condition characterized by atrophy and shrinkage of the skin of the vagina and vulva. Clotrimazole gel is a topical antifungal cream. You can use it at different times of the day like one in the morning and one at night.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
