Thyroid

I just turned 41 and have had 2 miscarriages last year went to dr and had tsh level 6.7. Went to endocrinologist and now on Levo my last level was tsh 3.4 and t4 was 1.2. My cycle is still off why I went to dr in first place and just had another 23 day cycle and according to tests am not ovulating. Could this still be because of thyroid (also was diagnosed with hashimotos disease). I am wanting to ttc. I have obgyn appt this week
